Robb Holland sets a new record on Pikes Peak Internation Hillclimb in the Rotek Racing Audi TTRS. Having not driven at Pikes Peak for over 4 years and with limited practice preparation was not ideal. Never the less they managed to take the fourth place in the Time Attack 1 class and break the FWD record by almost a minute.

Robb holland's qoute

"Wow such an amazing week.

One of the most demanding events I've ever taken part of. Between getting out of bed at 2 am for a week straight to head to the mountain and start practice at 5 am in the dark, to the 14k alitude and freezing temps and insane weather (sun, rain, snow, and hail all in one day!) My guys at Rotek Racing preservered and we manged to take P4 in the Time Attack 1 class but more importantly break the FWD record by almost a minute!

Huge thanks to everyone involved Ryan Imperial, Alex Nelsen, Bobby Groner, Robin Roemisch, Tommy Boileau,Pikes Peak International Raceway and last but not least my girlfriend Audra (the breakfast master) Bettale.

My sponsors Gurit Carbon, Pirelli Tires, JRZ Suspension Engineering, AERO Advanced Paint Technology, Alpine Graphics, Alcon Brakes, Bell Bell Racing USA, Oakley ,3ZERO3 MOTORSPORTS, Maci Cafe, LoHi Athletic Club, Grouppe B Designs, Brett King Design, Optima Batteries, Prospeed Brake Fluid.

Additional shouts out to Tony Brakohiapa and his crew for letting us borrow their generator when ours crapped out a couple hours before the start, and Rhys Millen and crew for letting us grid in their pits for the start.

Lastly an awesome job done by all the staff at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Such an amazingly difficult race to put on but it was run with complete professionalism and absolute dedication from everyone. Well done all.

Hope to be back in 2017 with an upgraded car optimized for the race and shoot for a sub 10 minute run."
